  • A: Hasbro have different levels for they're toys. Some are A level (like that bumblebee that's always in stock), these are continuously manufactured even if they sell out or shelf warm. Most, however, are done when they sell out. These aren't meant to shelf warm but get costumers to go into a store and buy other stuff too.

Q: Genuine question, what is the actual logic behind “store exclusives” ? Figure was supposed to be released in store on the 19th of July just for a majority of stores not to have any at all on release? And even if the store gets them it’s two at a time.

Terrible !

how can two massive companies like Hasbro and Target have shelves ALMOST COMPLEY EMPTY!!!!! I for the life of me can and never will find the new releases and its truly ridiculous. I live in a massive city as well Chicago and still cant find a single transformers that's not battle damage Optimus or devastation Bee. this is completely ridiculous and disrespectful toward the consumer. You have more than enough money to make so many more I honestly find it outrageous that I cant find anyone. Good God!

Fix your Distribution and your Website

Not only can you not get a preorder done correctly, but you also can’t honor pre orders that were previously canceled properly. I opened the “we have Starscream in your cart” email, proceeded to check out, and it canceled on me and removed him from my cart. If you’re going to at least try to do right, please ACTUALLY do right. This is getting ridiculous.

target screws up again

target caneled my premorder, sent me email that they were sorry, put it in my cart to order it, i ordered it with prowl, they canceled starscream and charged me shippeing dont show at target.

target emailed me to say they would be holding a copy of this toy for me as an apology for the pre-order debacle a few months ago. within a minute of getting that email, it was sold out and a copy was not held the way the email promised. that's a pretty terrible apology, target

Guest services needs to be completely automated or something at this point. I’ve had to do so much stuff for this figure and target still manages to find ways to get around it. They cancelled my preorders and then I can’t place them again because I have a hold that I paid off and they took extra money from me for the hold. I go to the stores and and ask the toy associate and they said they cannot find this item because it’s online only, then I have to ask another and then they said it’s out of stock can’t do anything about it, and then another is like no I can’t help you while she’s just standing in the tech section just doing inventory? Then asking an associate in the clothing department and he was nice enough to take his time to find it for me? That’s insane. I would hope they lose the exclusivity of a MAIN CHARACTER toy because they do not know how to handle it. It takes 5 associates to answer 1 question and multiple “go aways” to see if I can get this plastic robot/plane? Insanity target, do better please or double check the standards when people are paying money or having a bad experience. This is by far the worst service ive had. I’ve had to hunt these things down and got through multiple cancellations and rude associates just for a simple answer.
