    Absolutely Useless and Leaves Clothes Smelling Musty

    Very disappointed. Does not clean clothes properly, nor does it leave your clothes smelling clean. They smell musty after washing, like they weren't cleaned at all. Terrible smell and horrible cap that spills detergent all over the bottle!! I lost the receipt so I can't return it. Never ever buying this product again!!!

    cap really is that bad

    I love that this brand is cruelty free! That is why I decided to try it. When I read the reviews before buying, I thought it was so silly how people were complaining about the cap. How could a cap be that bad? But yes .. it really is bad. It shouldn't be necessary to have to rinse or put in the wash and have to find it each time you use it. I've never had an issue with the cap with any detergent I've ever used, so I was surprised how messy this one is. Silly as it seems, that annoyance alone has deterred me from using this detergent anymore.
