Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

    Great for sensitive teeth

    I have very sensitive and cavity prone teeth. This is the only toothpaste that I have been able to use that not only protects my teeth from decay but also helps so much with sensitivity. I will not use any other toothpaste.

    Nasty Taste

    The newest tubes I have purchased still say sodium flouride on the package but tastes like it has stannous flouride instead. That always leaves my mouth feeling gross rather than minty fresh. This used to be my favorite but I will have to search for another if they are using that sickly sweet version of flouride now.

    I deal with enamel erosion and sensitivity issues. This tooth paste is an answered prayer. It does not cure enamel erosion bc once the enamel is gone, it's gone and don't mind anything telling you of repair or rebuilding. However, it can protect whatever you have left and help enormously with the sensitivity issue.
