Very disappointed

I should have read the reviews before purchasing, but I've been using this floss for years and didn't think they would ever change it. It shreds and gets stuck between teeth. Now I'm concerned there will be bits left behind and I'll be ingesting microplastic. This used to be the best floss on the market, why would they change it.

This sucks

I hate the new floss. It's common to make my gums bleed because it's just so rigid. And it doesn't clean as well. I found a box of the old product and it cleaned so much better and didn't hurt to use.

I used to love this product but noticed that floss has changed. When I floss, it shreds and the material gets stuck between my teeth. I can tell the material has changed and no longer antishread.

Smooth, strong, but comfortable on your gums

Was a good product but company greed ruined it

This was a good product and regularly used for years by our household. Last purchase is just awful. Not only unusable because it shreds easily, but also potentially harmful to hums as it is hard to remove between teeth once it breaks and shreads. It makes me sad to see companies lover quality and likely pocket the profits as a result. We are now looking at other brands so long term you are losing loyal customers and ruining your brand. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... well you won't.

Horrible

This is the only floss that I liked. Unfortunately they changed it, it's something like plastic string that feels like it's going to cut your gums literally!! Do not buy! Of anyone can recommend another brand please do.

Bad quality

Horrible. I have been using this brand for over 20 years and they changed the quality. It’s not the same product. It breaks easily, this is the cheap one you can anywhere. Not recommended.

I opened a new pack and went to floss my teeth as usual and couldn't. The floss was getting stuck! I checked the package and it seemed to be the same product I've been using for years. The deep clean Oral-B Glide floss was the only floss I could use. Went online and discovered I'm not the only one who has this problem. Please bring back the old product as I have no other option. My hygenist and dentist agree... they have trouble using other floss on my teeth!
