OXO Stronghold Suction Soap Dish: Stainless Steel & Plastic Shower Caddy, Clear, 7.8" Width

I really like this soap dish and have not experienced any issues. So easy to install. Just place where you want it and push down the lever to lock it in place! Once locked, it does not move. To unlock, just lift lever up at bottom. I had locked and unlocked it to move several times with no issues. installed dish sticks out from wall about 4-1/8" and about 5-7/8" in length measured from top and about 3"high. See my 2 photos with a Phact soap bar which is smaller than other standard soap brands. It is not installed near the shower head and does not get wet with shower spray.

I liked how easy it was to install, but it falls after a few hours. Tried multiple times but always falls.

The soap dish did not stick to wall. I tried multiple times before i gave up and will return.

Keeps falling. Definitely fear it will crack our tub. Returning. Suction doesn’t last. We have flat tile so should work very well. It’s a bummer, quite expensive for the quantity

Have had it over a month now and no issues. Hasn’t fallen and so far no rust. Im actually about to purchase a 2nd. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t had it long enough to say it’s perfect.

No issues with it falling off like others have said but after a couple months it was super rusted. Dont recommend 👎🏻

Completely lost faith in the Oxo product line. This piece of junk will NOT stick on the bathroom wall, bathtub or shower wall, tiled area of the bathroom wall - or basically ANY surface in the bathroom. (I didn't try it on the bathroom door, but it would be as useless on the door as it is in general. It did fall off various surfaces and hit the floor without shattering, so 1 star for that. When I first tried it on the wall, it held. For about 10 seconds, then crashed. I honestly tried it on every surface in the bathroom though I really needed it for the bathtub/shower area. It was a complete waste of money. Was feeling ill so didn't return it, but won't buy this brand again.

It constantly falls from the shower wall

Terrible. Does not hold at all. Comes crashing down very loudly after a little time has passed of it being suctioned to a wall. Awful!

Does not remain adhered to a smooth glass shower door for more than a few days, even empty. Total waste of money. Would give zero stars if able.

This does work pretty well. I didn’t have many problems with it falling off of the shower wall. In the few years that I’ve had it, it has only fallen a handful of times. However, I wish it was made entirely of plastic. It has since rusted, and looks gross now. Unable to detach it to clean rusty part. I am looking to replace it with one made of only plastic.

Works as expected. Great suction to the wall

Works on the plastic walls in tub area. No problems. Subtle look and drains nicely. Well-made. Easy to put up. Like that it's clear.

Slipped off the shower wall as soon as i put the bar of soap on it, tried to put water on the suction part to make it stay and it just kept falling. Not a good product at all.

Does not stick on the shower tile at all. Falls within minutes.

Stopped sticking to shower wall after a month. The shape means it’s not useful unless it’s stuck to the wall

Works great! It locks on and stays. The ones with just suctions and no locks never seem to stay.
