Ive tried ti keep using these and am so frustrated. it seems no matter what i do i cant get these to stay sticking to the wall, which is kind of the whole point of them. now im left with two pieces of junk plastic. so disappointing

I hated these things until I called OXO
These things were a nightmare when I first tried them out. I literally did nit hate a product more. They fell causing a startling crash at random times, even when empty! I bought them on final sale and unable to return them so I called OXO for help. They advised me to wipe the shower wall with alcohol and put a tiny amount of vaseline on the suction cup before attaching. It’s been weeks since I did this any they have not fallen once! They are holding my heavy jumbo shampoo without issue. I never write reviews but I had to write this to help anyone that had the same issue as me.

The product doesnt work
We bought this product recently and when i try to stick to the tile bathroom wall it fell off in just few minutes. The suction cups are not at all working with this lever model. We are very disappointed with its quality and performance.

Holds up in dry settings
We use these OXO suction items for our sprinter camper van. They work extremely well. We use the basket and OXO suction hooks on on the exterior of the van and/or the interior of the window to hold all kinds of items including heavy waterbottles and full trash bags. Even on very bumpy roads they have never fallen.

Contents come crashing down!
The basket is well constructed, but it does NOT adhere to our tile. Very standard ceramic shower tiles, but any time I place anything inside the basket, it causes the basket to fall off the wall.

I’m not sure what’s going on with all the negative reviews.. I cleaned my flat shiny tile with alcohol and the suction cups, put a couple drops of water and stuck it in the wall.. let it alone for 24 hours then I put heavy things in it. Worked great.
