Great invention
Saw this and immediately fall in love this is a great invention. The instructions are very simple and straightforward. Looks amazing. This is definitely on my wish list material looks amazing and feel sturdy the way. It is very heavy, which is very great since the material is very long lasting. This is very safe to have since you will not burn any food since you can control it with your phone

Smoking
the flexflame bbq, one year old, and the smoke seems to be coming out more from the pellet cover than the actual outlet in the grill, I use Ninja pellets. And one improvement I would make is changing the way to fill the pellet container, very narrow "entrance", and need quite a maintenance/cleaning, and even with adequate cleaning, it's still hard to remove, to clean it. the BBQ is ideal for less than 3 hours of smoking... or the pellet container needs to be emptied and restarted. Other than that I'm quite happy with the bbq, the thermostat does a magic job for finishing cooking meat once seared. I find the heat being quite even on the grills.

Great grill but…
When I bought this grill, it was wonderful was met everything all the expectations that I had except that it was covered in stickers that when I took them off, it left behind significant sticker residue that I have not been able to get off in a year. it’s extraordinarily frustrating because my beautiful grill is covered in nasty sticky, residue covered in dirt and other things that now stick to the sticker residue. It’s very disappointing that these were not just basic clings that could easily be removed instead my grill looks like garbage.

Easy assembly, still learning the cook.
Out of the box, we were quite impressed with the engineering as my son and I assembled it. The earlier complaints about stickers has been solved and the only issue we encountered was after assembling the base, we had difficulty mounting the firebox. A quick query to AI suggested loosening the screws that secured the base walls to is floor. The firebox dropped in easily, then we tightened the loosened screws. Would have been nice to have that suggestion in the assembly instructions. The hardware comes in a single strand of cellophane, but sectioned and marked clearly for the corresponding steps in the assembly manual. Very nice touch. Other than that, we noticed several little things that were impressive. Example: When installing the brackets for the drop pan, the side brackets had cut outs where your screwdriver had to be placed to secure the brackets to the bottom of the firebox; someone was thinking ahead! As far as cooking, we've only had a few things, so far. Some have been quite successful, other things "okay". But, we're learning how to cook on a seemingly totally new idea in backyard grilling, griddling, baking, and smoking. There's always some growing pains. But, as a previous YT reviewer said, "The more I use it, the more I like it."

Sucks really loud
Sounds like an airplane can’t be near it on deck too loud! Can not hear music or conversation waste of money! Glorified convection oven air fryer! Worst design ever! Too loud

Flexflame Flexing on the Competition
Such a beautiful grill in person with the gold accents on the proconnect model. The instructions were very thorough and the pieces were separated well. The many features of the grill make it a game changer and an all in one for people who love to cook outdoors. The ability to monitor cooks from the app and being able to multitask without having to babysit the grill temps are a huge plus. It feels sturdy and heats up quick. If you love griddling or making artisan pizzas as well as grilling, you will love the versatility the accessories bring if you choose to buy them.

This AMAZING product is so much more than a grill. It is our families one stop shop for outdoor cooking. We love the full premium griddle accessory and have been using it nearly every day and that is only one of the many features of this fantastic product. The smoke box is such a nice added bonus to this machine as well and gives a nice smokey taste to your food. We chose to get the bundle with the stainless steel grates and expandable smoke rack and don’t regret it one bit as they are such a premium upgrade. The proconnect model also comes with app functionality and a thermometer probe to effortlessly tell the temp on your food and cooking time right from your couch if you want to relax while grilling. This is such an amazing value and the versatility will have you coming up with new ideas for dinner just like it did with our family.

Conventional
I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don’t be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it’s grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

Great sized and innovative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated when it came time to put this together but the instructions were so pleasantly simple that it was a fun thing to put together. I didn’t require any extra tools and I set a timer to see how long it would take to assemble. From start to finish, I took approx 1hr and 20 minutes. Granted, I was in no rush and enjoying the assembly. The smoker feature is really cool and does require you to plug it in so that the fan can run and circulate the smoke. The footprint and size feels standard and I actually thought it was smaller than I had anticipated which is a good thing. Once it was put together, my partner and I were able to move and lift it fairly easily. But it is definitely a 2 person job. When It came to cooking, there’s an app that helps you monitor the temperature and there’s also a digital display for temperatures by the smoker. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to enjoy some fish and vegetables on the grill (I live in Michigan and only recently did the temperature allow for this to be assembled and used)

So far - love it.
We received and put together. It did not take to much time for my 50 year old son to put it together with the "how to video" on the site. It is a beautiful with the gold trim on the black. We tried the pizza first, using a take and back thin crust and it came out really good. My grandchildren had shown up and the smell was so appetizing that even though they "were not hungry" they devoured the whole thing. Last night I did burgers and they cooked really well. A nice crisp on the outside and juicy burger on the inside. So far I am in love with this unit and believe me I have tried them all over the last few years.

Hungry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill does it all ! After a quick assembly- We were most excited to use it as a pizza oven. We had to order the peel and stone prior to testing it out. I am SO glad we did ! The pizza cooked in a couple minutes and it was crisp and delicious with the perfect cheese pull. Everything you want in a pizza. I am surprised by the size of the grill. It’s not so big that takes over the whole yard- which is something I was concerned about because it does so much. We have also used it to smoke a steak then made some delightful steak sandwiches on the griddle. I am looking forward to testing out all that it can do. Roasting chicken is next on the agenda. Great machine that is easy to clean. You will not regret this purchase !
