Description

The Blackstone 28” XL Omnivore Griddle with Hood is designed for efficient outdoor cooking with a large cooking surface and three independently controlled heat zones. Its Omnivore Griddle Plate Technology provides quicker preheat and recovery times, even heat distribution, and improved fuel efficiency, while built-in wind guards help maintain consistent heat. The built-in hood protects the griddle top between uses, and the rear grease management system helps simplify cleanup. Dual folding side shelves provide additional prep space and include tool hooks, while the magnetic toolbar and paper towel holder keep cooking essentials within easy reach. An electric push-button ignition provides convenient startup, and two fixed caster wheels make the griddle easier to move.

Best purchase ever!!!

Such a versatile cooking element! Cleanup is easy and cooking is even easier! I used avocado oil to season my Blackstone and it worked perfectly. I do recommend seasoning about 7-8 times to ensure your food doesn't stick.

Grilling is even more fun now!

Straight out of the box, my Blackstone griddle was easy to set up, and I started cooking within minutes. He food turned out great, and I felt in control. Most importantly it was fun to cook on a large griddle!

Perfect addition to family!

Purchase a few years ago. Very easy to set up used often, was missing two screws, and despite having cover on still a pants rust, but definitely what we were looking for.
