    Taste is great but these do absolutely nothing. Took them every day for a week straight, changed up whether taking them in the morning/at bedtime/at noon, and if anything it's made constipation worse and bloat is the same as ever. Will not repurchase and would not recommend especially with how many other people are claiming to have stomach pain using them.

    Debloat actually works.

    I have tried numerous different supplements through lemme and I haven’t seen as much noticeable improvement with other gummies as I do these ones. I take one before I eat breakfast and one before I eat dinner and when I tell you these work they work. I was a little skeptical because I didn’t see any change the first 2ish weeks but than as I kept taking them I saw it. I used to have to the worst bloating after I ate so much to the point I looked preggers. Taking these i definitely noticed a difference and a slimming in my tummy. I for sure am continuing to buy the debloat and will recommend it to everyone.

    Consistency is the key to life....

    First time in my life that I’ve had regular bowel movements. Many reviews say they saw results immediately. For me it wasn’t until maybe week 3 or 4 that I started to see a difference. That said consistency is key and everyone’s body is different so don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away. This product is my third subscription with Lemme!
