    Consistently took them everyday, not much visible change but the taste is pretty bad, its edible but if you are bad with textures and weird taste then you shouldn’t get this.

    A bit chalky taste.

    I only gave four stars because the flavor is kind of chalky and all the Gummies are clumped together in the container because there was no moisture absorbing packet. I’ve only been using it for a month, but I think it is starting to help with my muscle recovery. I will give it another try, as I am a subscription customer, but I think I will do it in a different flavor and see if that makes a difference. I will let you know after the next round if my opinion changes.

    I unfortunately do not like the flavor of the strawberry and can barely eat 2 let alone 4. I would be open to trying other flavors as I really like a lot of Lemme products. This one is a miss for me :(

    I've heard that creatine can help with energy, focus, and other cognitive benefits and I've noticed a big difference in the mornings when I do take lemme creatine vs when I don't. I'm excited to keep taking it!
