For our Downy Nature Blends Honey Lavender Liquid Fabric Softener, and any of our liquid softeners, we have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. Each of our softener bottles contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack, and our bottles are designed and filled to allow for proper pouring. The bottle may not appear to be full as space is left for product to help with pouring. Without some “air space” at the top, pouring the liquid would be very messy, likely causing spilling over the pour spout. These bottles have a transparent line on the handle-side of the bottle to give visibility of the amount of product contained in the bottle at the time of purchase and will also help you to keep track of how much Softener you have left. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 688-7638 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you if definitely know that the bottle is underfilled. I received the Downy Fabric Softener Friday 8/21 and it was not 111 fl.oz. It did not spill out and is was still taped down. Apparently it was not filled up and I am disappointed because when you pay for a product it should come as advertised. Also these items are pricey and Target needs to make sure production is quality.

Dont do pick up buy in store

Idk i like the smell

Picked up and I’m wondering like everyone else why it’s missing product? I was going to take it back to exchange but I’ve seen it’s always been that way for everyone. If the packaging wasn’t see through I probably wouldn’t have noticed.
