I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase—not because of the hairbrush itself, but because I never actually received it. The delivery company failed to even attempt delivery and returned the package to the shipper—twice. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of timel. From a customer service standpoint, Target really needs to reconsider the reliability of its delivery partners. Using more reputable carriers would go a long way in preventing situations like this. At the end of the day, I’m out time, money, and the product we were looking forward to. Not a great experience.
