  • A: There are 3 drain plugs in the rear to drain/flush. And no I do not believe it keeps ice frozen. I've had mine for a couple months now and the ice maker cycles often to replace melted ice.

  • A: I don't think so. Mine cycles regularly 24/7 as ice melts. I keep a bag in my (too small) freezer so I can turn the ice feature off if I want (it is pretty noizy).

  • A: No but you have to push and hold the hot button for 3 at the same time as the big cup button. Once it starts flowing you can stop pushing the hot button. The hot trickles out ( 1 min to fill my mug)

  • A: I can't measure but I'd say 6ft. Experts would say NO to extension cord. But they make extra heavy short 10ft or less extension cords for small ac units that work fine with only one device plugged in.

    worked great for a few weeks then all of a sudden wouldn't produce cold water or ice. it was indoors, away from wall, and sun. didn't try any of the YouTube fixes because at 1 month old you shouldn't have to. wouldn't recommend and returned to target.
