Boycotting New Packaging

We have been using the Charmin wipes for a very long time and it’s THE only brand we buy. I gave 2 stars not because the product is “fair”…it’s the new packaging that you now use! It is absolutely horrible! Please bring back the sticker! Us old people have a very hard time trying to open this new type of package. Boycott

Why Change The Formula??

I have been using these wipes for nearly 2 decades. Your brand was the ONLY brand of wet wipes that did not cause irritation for me. I just purchase a new box. Upon opening the first pack from the box, I immediately knew something was different because you took away the sticker that used to seal the wipes closed. The sticker helped to keep the wipes from drying out, why would you take that away? It gets even worse. After using these new wipes for the first time, I noticed the texture felt way more rough. Now it’s the next morning, and my bottom is burning and irritated. I still had an old package left, so I compared the ingredient list with the new pack. Sure enough, you removed BIS-PEG/PPG-16/16 PEG/PPG-16/16….which upon research, are all emollients, conditioning, and softening agents meant to guard against friction and irritation. Why, why, WHY would you mess with perfection????? I have zero clue what to do now. I am devastated. Please change back to the original formula. I had purchased 2 cases, unaware of this terrible formula change, and now they’re useless. I want my money back.

These wipes constantly tear when attempting to remove them from the package. Very user unfriendly as they rip and are very small. I never put them in a toilet, but a plumber warned against flushing them as they will clog your toilet up.

Your flushable wipes are poorly packaged. They stay locked together and are thinner than even Target brand up and up. They cannot compare to Cottonelle No wonder they were buy 1 get1. Horrible product

The Best Fresh Feeling!

I consider these the best wipes. After using them I feel extra fresh and clean. These are scented, in which I love the smell. A very clean refreshing smell. I had to order them online, because they don't carry them in-store. Wish Danville, Va did carry them instore. Thank goodness I can still get the online. These are the BEST, no irritation or uncomfortable feelings. I highly recommend them.

definitely changed in past 5 year, not for the better

These used to be the best flushable wipes, soft, gentle, & big. Now they are thin, rough & feel like acid on the back side!! They feel like its rubbing alcohol on rock hard old grade school toilet paper, the worst!! They went back to target, so disappointing! Will never buy again!

Coming from a house full of girls, these flushable wipes really come in handy - IKYK!! They are easy to store, don't dry out as easy as other brands and come in easy snap and seal packs.

Until now I have always given you a 5 rating. I have been buying these wipes for many years. Not sure who the genius is that changed the way you open these but it sucks. You have to use something to pry it open like a sharpe edge. You can’t just push and pull. Go back to the original way of opening the package. If not I will go to another company.

New packaging is awful

I've been using your wipes for over 10 years and nothing but 5 stars then you changed the pull tab in the package. Now it's hard to open and the 1st couple of sheets always tears
