Description

Designed for larger lawns, or anyone who just wants a really powerful corded electric handheld leaf blower at a price that’s impossible to argue with. This 12A Electric TURBINE corded electric handheld leaf blower from Worx will get the job done, and then some. The TURBINE design gives you gas-like power without any of the side-effects of using gasoline. It’s less expensive, less messy, smells better, and runs much quieter. Its 2-speed control lets you operate it at 60 mph for clearing out tight corners, or 110 mph for when you get out on the open lawn. And the hyper-stream air nozzle is nice when you need even a little more for the tougher jobs. Yet all that tech is lightweight, only 6.4 lbs, so anyone can operate it with just one hand. You don’t need any tools to put it together. And the hassle-free cord retainer prevents accidental disconnection while you’re out in the yard. There’s an awful lot to like about this blower.

    Great blower for the homeowner

    I think this product is excellent for the homeowner. The commercial end requires expansion of this product. More and more townships are requiring the use of electric or battery operated blowers. What Worx should develop is a backpack unit with comparable power that works with both battery and plug in. This would be much more versatile. While plugged in it should also recharge the battery.

    Great power, bad switch

    Bought one, the switch gave out within a few hours, took forever to get a replacement but they did finally replace it. Same issue with the replacement. I don't know what happens, maybe grit gets into it and locks it up. A simple toggle would be fine, who runs these on anything but full power.

    Could be great product but can't Register it

    Can't register my leaf blower. Set up account, Tried to register but it won't accept the model number WG521 There is no other information that contains a different model number

    A little obsessed…….

    So I may be a little obsessed with the performance of this huge plug-in blower, but it is unbelievable! So powerful it makes easy work of even heavy and wet leaves, Pine Straw, grass anything! I say I am obsessed as I have purchased four of them! I don’t want to have to walk back to parts of the property to make easy work of cleanup or tidiness. There is always one available where I am at. Just make sure you get a good quality, high current electrical cord to feed it the necessary “juice“ that it needs to perform at its peak. I love this thing!

    Well worth it.

    The volume of air this puts out is impressive. It’s also quieter than I expected and blows the water off my motorcycle after washing very well.

    It’s a BEAST of a blower!

    I have been using the Turbine 800 Corded Electric Leaf Blower for about a couple years and it remains my favorite Worx tool. The force of the air blowing out the nozzle pushes my arm backwards. As an added bonus, it is much quieter and cleaner to operate than a gasoline counterpart. This is a beast of a blower and I highly recommend it.

    Pros: Very powerful Much less noisy than gas-powered blowers No need to worry about battery life Cons: Needs a tapered nozzle and spread nozzle like come with the EGO Power+ 56-volt 765-CFM 200-MPH Battery Handheld Leaf Blower. With those, this would be a 5-star leaf blower.

    Awesome!

    Due to it's power, it is very quick and efficient. I gave it to my son because he has a very big yard. He loves it! In this big dirt backyard, he uses it instead of the rake. And on the big front and side cement, it does a wonderful job as well. The only problem and complaint is that now I have to buy another one for myself. I just don't like my old one anymore. It doesn't compare. My own landscape is mostly rock but despite its force, I am still able to use it successfully. I thought I was going to have to return it because it's not recommended for rock. The rock in my landscaping is the large size, but it is molten rock so it is still very light. I highly recommend this product. As a senior citizen, I want to get my chores done quickly. This blower definitely makes a big difference!

    I love the power of the WG520 but the first one I bought the cord frayed so I bought another one because I love the power it has. Now my second one the CORD FRAYED again!. They need to use better wire on the cord .

    The best blower I've seen!! Blows like a JET

    I've had this blower for years, and starting to see some age , but still blows the same ! I've used it to blow my gutters out and use it to blow the debris out of a drainage ditch that's 3 foot down and it has no problem! IAM buying another one !!8

    Not as advertised. This version of variable is "2

    Cannot use around flowers or ornaments. If you are expecting this to be lightweight compared to a battery, it's not. After using a cordless, I was surprised at how difficult it is to maneuver with a cord tripping me.
