Women's Johnny Collar Pullover Sweater T-Shirt - A New Day™ Brown Striped XS

The shirt itself is nice, but everything went wrong with this order. My shipment apparently sat in limbo at an March Air Force Base (???) for a week, according to the FedEx tracker. The term used in the tracking record was “delayed.” When it finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I ordered the brown with stripes and they had sent the solid brown. I considered keeping it for a minute but upon closer inspection I realied the shirt was dirty in some places. Do they just keep sending this shirt out to different people who ordered the striped one? It’s as if it’s just making the rounds, lol. Anyway, I returned it in store. Thankfully that process was easy and quick. For what it’s worth, I did purchase the blue striped one in store and I like it a lot, it’s really soft and fits well. Can’t recommend ordering it online, though.

Item was never received; shipping status just says label has been printed for weeks. I ordered the brown with stripes, my email confirmation shows that. When I checked later, Target had changed it to the plain brown one. Very disappointing. Luckily I got a refund but the package is still yet to be received.

I received the wrong item too. I ordered the brown but received the brown and stripped one.

The shirt is fine but I ordered the striped one and received the plain brown. I don’t know if I will keep it. It’s frustrating to return it.

I’ve tried purchasing the striped brown shirt twice—once online and once for pickup—and both times I received the plain brown instead. Then I read that other people who ordered the plain brown ended up with the striped version, so I tried ordering the plain one to outsmart the system. I still got a plain brown shirt. At this point I don’t even think the striped version is a real product Target sells. It’s false advertising with inaccurate pictures. It’s incredibly annoying, and even if I eventually see the striped one in a store, I don’t think I could bring myself to buy it purely out of principle after how badly Target has mishandled this.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Didn’t necessarily dislike however like many other reviewers I received wrong item. I ordered solid brown and received striped brown went into my order on target it now shows striped brown however I double checked my confirmation email I received and it shows solid brown. Very disappointing to order something and receive wrong item and you have to go thru th trouble of trying to get it corrected.

Ordered solid black item and was sent striped brown shirt instead. Customer service was no help, they did not understand the mistake.

Cute and comfortable shirt. Very true to size fit. The v neck is a little lower than I thought

Ordered the brown 3x and 3x they sent me the brown with stripes. Clearly they have a sku issue but based on conversations with customer service and these comments, they don’t seem to care about it.

keep getting the striped one when I am ordering the dark brown. Targrt has declined to help

I’ve received the wrong item after 2 times; it even shows the item it’s shipping as what I ordered, but then the wrong item shows up!!!

Twice I’ve ordered the brown striped shirt and twice I’ve gotten the wrong one. Looks like I’m not the only one!

I ordered 2 blouses brown and brown with pink stripes but instead I received 2 brown. I will be returning one of them. It seems from the reviews this happens often with this specific blouse.

Received the wrong color

Ordered the solid brown version, did not receive that item and now on my order it says that I ordered the brown striped version when I did not. Going to have to return both the original order and the replacement order.

Wrong item received, did a replacement and wrong item received. I was trying to get the pink striped sweater, did they even make that color, everyone else is saying the same thing.

Love it! Despite being ribbed knit, it doesn't fit overly tight. It's very comfortable seems to be good quality.

Never received the right color. Be careful when ordering the stripped brown online.
