  • A: Hi Chris! Great question! Our Tropic Glow Body Butter doesn’t actually contain almonds as an ingredient you won’t see almond oil or almond extract listed on the label. It does have a warm, summery scent with notes inspired by almond, golden amber, and sandalwood, but that’s from fragrance, not actual almond oil.

    Not consistent

    I’m not sure if I get bad batches here and there but the scent is not consistent. I love the moisture it provides without irritation but this will be the last time I purchase the Tropic Glow scent. I hope to find something else that is also more bang for your buck.

    This is the BEST thing I have ever bought!!

    I use this body butter every night when I get out of the shower. It smells AMAZING and makes my skin so soft and smooth. I have very sensitive skin and have never had a problem with tree hut products. I give this a 10/10 and I will continue to buy again and again! I can't wait to try other scents!!

    Terrible since the change!

    0/10 I LOVED this product, the scent was amazing and the feel was spectacular. Everyone ALWAYS complimented me, "you smell SO good!" I bought 3 tubs early this year to stock up since I live in a small Alaskan town - unfortunately it was after the "rebranding". It not only smells like cheap chemical trash now, but the texture is off and it does not feel nearly as nice or work as well. I cant use it. I have 3 tubs of useless garbage and a broken heart. I miss my Tropic Glow scent. This AK girl needs to escape, at least through scent, to warm beaches :'(

    This body butter is one of my summer staples! It’s very moisturizing and I feel like it lasts on my skin. It keeps my skin hydrated but isn’t sticky. I love the scent and while it doesn’t smell exactly like Bum Bum cream it is close and way cheaper! I feel like it lasts me a good while before I have to purchase again and I use it almost daily!
