Multiple books had issues, such as ink splatters or some pages being shorter than others, and my kingdom of ash book had a page that was sealed bent in half so I can’t fully read that page. Great book series, but sucks I’m a slow reader and didn’t see these issues til the return window had expired

The box set came damaged where the edge of the box was ripped before I even touched it to try and get a book out. There's also weird sticky residue/powder all over that was concerning. Then the books were also inconsistent with the quality. Some covers looked good while others went through a chainsaw with how jagged the edges were. Very disappointed with the quality.

Return policy sucks

This has more to do with Target’s return policy than anything. But because I purchased the book online I get a shorter return window than another book I was able to return from an in store purchase two days earlier. I was told the return by date is on your receipt but neither the Target app, the original receipt, or subsequent emails with updates had any indication of a return by date with. 30 days. My fault for assuming the usual window applied to this purchase.

A 100 and some dollar book collection packed like it was worthless, came in a bag with no protection inside, of course books arrived broken and box dented, so disappointed with target for this one, books are delicate i wasn’t even given the option to return at my local target, i now have to ship this books back
