  • A: I think it would look bulky and I’m not sure it wouldn’t leak if you went in the water. There are other brands that offer period swimwear, I recommend looking those up. I have one by Ruby Love, I’ve never had any leaks with it.

Shocked at how well these work!

I’m shocked at how well these work, and really wished they had something like these when I was in highschool! I’ve been trying to not wear tampons all of the time, using pads while I’m at home or to bed. But I’ve found it annoying, the pads are always bunching up or not staying on my underwear. I never feel confident that I won’t leak. Anyways, thought I’ve give these a try and I’m shocked at how comfortable and absorbent they are. I just ordered two more because I will now always wear these around the house and at bedtime. I am normally a size medium, and medium fits perfect. I will say I have a heavier flow in the beginning of my period, and that’s when I’ve used these.

I've had this pair for exactly 2 years now. While it holds up physically in the wash, it has produced the most disgusting chemical decay smell and I swear it gets worse with each wash. What probably contributes to this is the fabric itself. It holds in every bit of moisture, including your sweat. It traps the heat my body naturally produces, which in turn heats up period blood (mmm!! so yummy, just what anyone wants to smell!) puke. I only wear them to bed at this point when I'm expecting my period to catch having an accident. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone lol.

Impressed!

Wanted to buy these since I have very sensitive skin and need to switch from conventional pads and tampons. First time using these and I won’t go back! They’re so comfortable and lasted me just about the whole day with no leaks (heavy flow). They don’t feel heavy after a while and also odor free.

Regular Pad length. Not for sleeping

So I was excited to try my first pair because disposable period underwear changed my life but I wanted try something more sustainable. Why I liked the disposables is because they’re long enough that I don’t have to double up on pads when I sleep to avoid it traveling forward or backwards. I for some reason expected a similar style for the cotton reusables. No. These are standard pad length which means, no bedtime use. I was hoping to try during the night and see how it goes but… I don’t see a use for them otherwise because in public I’d prefer not free bleeding. Idk, may try them eventually but just know they’re regular pad length then the rest is regular ole cotton/polyester.

Did not dissapoint

This was my second pair of period underwear I tried and the first pair were hanes. I bled through the Hanes which is what prompted me to look for something new. The 12 hours leak free interested me on these and it absolutely held up. My flow is super heavy on early days and I didn’t bleed through once. Reading the comments looked like it was half and half on if it actually worked but I’m glad I bought a pair for myself to try. I did see a comment stating they do have PFA’s which led me down a rabbit hole (I’ve already purchased and wore them at this point). What I found was in 2020 Thinx settled a lawsuit that stated their underwear had PFA’s. In 2023 they started posting test results on their website proving there are no PFA’s. So if there was a problem. It appears there isn’t anymore. These were readily accessible unlike brands you have to purchase online and I needed them on my cycle so I didn’t have time to wait for delivery of other brands. All in all, I’d highly recommend this underwear. It completely held up to my heavy flow. I typically change an all overnight maxi pad every three hours. So color me impressed.

PFA FREE

Despite what those say, PFAs are not im this product. Read the label. I have been using these for years and they are amazing. Now that I no longer use tampons as frequently due to this product, my periods have become lighter and not nearly as long.

Not worth it

It does the job but NOT for how long the box says. The liner also isn’t big enough in the back so it did leak for me. It runs big too. I saw some reviews say it ran small for them but for me it ran big. I wanted to like them but I don’t see them working while being in public. They also aren’t the same after wash. I let them hang to dry too and it just wasn’t the same.

PFAS - BEWARE!

These are made with PFAS / forever chemicals for the waterproofing! They’re starting to ban in these underwear (and other textiles with PFAS) in certain states. Ridiculous to put hormone disrupting PFAS in a product that touches a very sensitive skin areas! Makes sense why some reviews report getting a rash… do not buy!

Not for me

I’m giving these 3 stars because they work. However, comfort is very important during my cycle and these are SO uncomfortable. First of all, the sizing is off-these run small(I purchased the same size I wear in every other brand of underwear for reference). Even if I sized up, the thick band digs into the stomach which is not what I want when I’m already having cramps. Design overall is unflattering and not curves friendly. I had high hopes but overall these fell short.

The one plus was that they come in bigger sizes I would even argue that they run big . While they were comfy they offered no added protection . Specifically , they offer no coverage in the back so are pretty much pointless .

Try This ASAP!

I’ve been dealing with period messes for 15 years. Disturbed sleep, stained clothing and bed sheets… no more! I don’t know why I didn’t try these earlier. I am so impressed I’ve already bought a second pair. I usually purchase a size up in my underwear for a more comfortable fit, but chose my normal size so it’s more of a snug fit to prevent any leaks. Quality has gone down

These used to be great but now they are so cheaply made they are basically disposable. Material is very thin so they easily rip. I bought 2 new pairs and both were trash after a few wears. They are also not as comfortable as they once were. I was a loyal customer and even bought them for my daughter as well but they are overpriced garbage now.
