Contact the manufacturer of the floor for any questions or test on a hidden area of the floor before use. Use only on sealed, finished flooring. Q: Can this be used on inside porcelain tile and outdoor limestone tile?

  • A: This can be used on porcelain tiles as long as the floor is sealed. We have not tested Swiffer WetJet on limestone. If the floor is completely sealed, test first in a hidden area for 24 hours before use to ensure no damage to the surface. If the floor is not sealed, do not use it.

Q: Can the solution from this bottle be poured into a different mop? I have a mop I like with a container that squirts the cleaning solution similar to the swiffer wet jet mop.

    Entire Order - DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS

    I am only giving this item 1 star because we never received the order. The delivery company that Target used delivered our order to the WRONG ADDRESS instead of to me. I spent well over 2 hours on the phone to Target & also 2 other divisions of the delivery company who finally said I have to wait up to 3 more days to get a replacement order or a refund. Ultimately, after 3 days of not getting either, I called again & got a full refund. I made it perfectly clear that I consider it unacceptable service when a delivery driver doesn't even check the address on the order against the address on the house they are delivering the order to.

    Smells and clean

    This is a really great product if you stay in apartment with mostly carpet and just kitchen and bathroom with hard wood floors ! Great product. I feel as though it smell and how clean it is makes me happy !

    The Swiffer WetJet Surface Cleaner Refill lavender and vanilla scent, is absolutely amazing. I love the smell of fresh cleaned floors especially when I used chemical cleaners before but this comfort smell brought a whole other feeling to my home and my kids loved the smell it left.

    Lovely smell. Almost makes me want to clean.

    The light fresh smell , mixed with Swiffer wet jet cleaning power makes cleaning a little nicer to manage. It's very effective at picking up grease and dirt and leaves a nice smell behind.

    STOPPED WORKING

    I replaced an older one that had worked well but was just old. This newer one has the spray button in a bed spot—it gets pushed by accident often. Less than 6 months IT HAS STOPPED WORKING. not the batteries. Not a clog. Just stopped. Waste of money. I have solution left but I’m not sure I should buy another one.

    Product, good and bad.

    I have been a swiffer wet jet user for nearly 10 years and am on our 3 mop now. While I do generally like the product I do have two product complaints to register. First my two previous wet jet mops needed replaced after about 2-3 years of use due to the handle breaking where the metal handle meets the plastic grip. This, to me is a weak point and a design flaw that could easily be corrected by making a stronger transition joint. This is where all the downward force is applied when using the product. I did submit this same complaint about 3 years ago but alas no improvements were made With this latest model, the motor used to spray the cleaner has been reduced and therefore requires less battery power; however, the casting sprayers do not work nearly as well as previous models. I am sure that some “bean counter” said, “hey, we can reduce our manufacturing costs and thereby increase our per item profit margin by reducing the spray motor but selling the mop at the same price.” BAD idea. Good for you, the seller, but BAD for us, the consumers. Sort of Swiffer’s very own version of “Shrinkflation”! Unfortunately, this seems to be the way of the world today!! Very sad indeed.

    Different scent options

    What's really nice about the Swiffer WetJet solution is that it comes in multiple different scent options. Normally we get scents like lavender which is a really nice and soothing scent especially when you have a household of anxious people and animals. The refill is also pretty easy to replace and put on the Swiffer.

    Really good wood cleaner

    Swiffer solution for wood is my go-to for my floor. It dries quickly and does not leave any marks. Well packaged and it fits perfectly in my Swiffer mop. I really do not notice any scent and I am ok with it. The price is reasonable for the 42.2 fl oz bottle.
