STEM Flying Insect Light Trap is an easy, mess-free option for attracting and trapping a variety of flying insects like house flies, fruit flies, gnats, mosquitoes, and moths. Use this discreetly-designed flying insect trap in any indoor room where insects are present, especially around fruit, trash cans, garages and entryways. Enjoy the odor-free, soft blue light technology that traps insects with no chemical insecticides. We crafted our moth and mosquito trap to be people, plant, and pet-friendly* for 24/7 continuous attraction. It’s easy to use and install. Simply remove protective peels, insert the dual-sided adhesive cartridge into the flying insect trap base, plug in to the wall, and position using the customizable 90-degree rotating plug and leave on 24/7. No need to touch any bugs or get your hands sticky. Replace the cartridge every month or when cartridge is full of bugs. This bug trap is compatible with Raid Essentials light trap refills as well. *when used as directed

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use in any room where you see flying insects. For household use only. 1 - Remove the protective peels on both sides of the refill. 2 - Insert the refill into the device base. 3-Plug the trap into a wall socket near common insect hangouts. The trap should be positioned UPRIGHT. When blue light is on, it starts to work. 4. Keep the trap plugged in 24/7. When full, unplug the trap and replace with a new refill. FOR BEST RESULTS: Place traps in areas with heavy flying insect activity and keep plugged in 24/7. Replace cartridge when it’s full of insects. Check refill often and dispose of it when the cartridge is full of insects. Replace refill every month for best performance.

    Bad advertising

    I bought my 2nd one and it says with a refill. That's not correct. The box I just bought has one sticky which is the only one in the box. You can't call it a refill unless there's one on the trap.

    Does not attract house flies

    The packaging states house flies. The light has been plugged in for three days but no flies have even gone to the light. The nats have, however. Do not recommend for house flies.

    It works!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of an incentivized campaign. I appreciate how the starter kit came with everything needed to use same day. The assembly was easy. All you have to do is drop one of the blue sticky pads into the kit plug it in and you’re ready to go. As you can see, it does work and gives great coverage. It is silent in noise but the color can be bright when dark at night. This brand also is open on the side. This is only an issue if you have it on a wall that you’re walking into a room. So just be aware if you have company that they may be able to see into the side ( see dead flys) depending on how it is plugged in unlike other brands on the market.

    do not buy

    does not work. has caught some gnats but not many. i’ve had it for a week. it hasn’t caught any flies which is what i purchased it for.

    Will get rid of insects asap

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as we know during the summer months, insects love to roll around. And I’ve had a mosquito issue in my home for the longest time. This trap, made my life a whole lot easier. I’ve been able to place it in my living room and kitchen due to their being no odor or noise caused by the trap. It has worked wonders and it has also been very durable for the time I’ve used it.

You simply remove the protective film, attached the sticky part and plug in. The blue light is not very bright so it is not disruptive if you are in the same room.

    Doesn’t work well at all. I still have the gnats flying into my face. I have moved it a few times to better position but still the same nothing on it.

    Doesn't Work

    I bought the flying insect light trap for a fruit fly problem. It has been out for 4 days and the only thing it attracted was some cat hair when my cat walked by it. If I could do zero stars I would. I do not recommend this product.

    Fantastic bug trap kit- no complaints!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic bug trap kit. It comes with the light and one refill. I had low expectations but it caught a few small flies within hours of using it. Overall it’s reasonably priced, efficient and simple to use. My favorite aspect is the soft blue glow when it’s plugged in. I like it better than a regular night light. It is bright at night so consider that when deciding what room to use it in. I will continue to repurchase the refills and use this kit.

    Set and trap.

    It's a great and safe product
