  • A: It does. I originally bought one in February and by end of April it had a huge rip at the top. I thought maybe it was user error so I bought a second one in May. I ONLY use it for work, literally for my lunch (salad) and a 20oz Stanley and it’s ripping at the seams again. It’s not well made and won’t last a long time.

Q: There's conflicting information for cleaning as the description states spot clean but there's also a symbol stating machine washing is also an option (definitely preferred). Please clarify. Thanks.

    Life saver!

    I have this in the medium blue (previous season) and I love it! It holds the laptop, electronic accessories and has a water bottle holder on the side. I recently rolled my foot and broke bones in my ankle and foot, so I've been using it to transport things up and downtairs to keep my hands free. I also used it for traveling.
