  • A: Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. It is definitely possible to make Mexican chili cheese bread. When carrying out the specific process, it is recommended to select the "Basic" or "Sweet Bread" program, and be sure to follow the instructions to add the ingredients in the order of "liquid first, then flour, yeast, and finally the yeast and dried Mexican chili powder". Pay special attention that the yeast should be buried in the flour and should not come into contact with salt or liquid. The critical timing for adding ingredients is after the machine starts running and emits a beeping sound, then open the lid and add the cheddar cheese shreds and the dried Mexican chili powder that has been drained of moisture. Do not put them in at the beginning; otherwise, the ingredients will be over-mixed. Additionally, since cheese and chili contain moisture, it is recommended to reduce the liquid amount in the recipe by 15-20 milliliters. Also, do not use the reservation function because these ingredients are perishable. After baking, remove and cool them for about 20 minutes before slicing.     Very Disappointed

    I have been unable to remove the black paddle even after soaking it in hot soapy water for over 30 minutes. I purchased the mixer just over a month ago and have been able to make 2 loafs of bread. I have tried to make raisin bread each time and neither one turned out. This has unfortunately been the worst bread maker I have owned. I am extremely disappointed with this machine and would not recommend it. I have tried to reach out to SIMZLIFE but keep receiving “This site can’t be reached”.

Regarding the black paddle that won't come off—even after soaking—we understand how annoying this is. Please try: Using a hairdryer on low heat to warm the paddle base for 30–60 seconds, then gently pull it out with a towel. Or, turn the pan upside down and apply a few drops of cooking oil to the shaft, let it sit for a few hours, then try again. Do not force it, as this may damage the motor. We're also sorry to hear about your failed raisin bread attempts. This is not the experience we want for any customer, and we take your feedback seriously.     Great Bread maker-replacement parts take forever

    Love the bread machine, our family has thoroughly enjoyed using it the short time it lasted! However the bread bin inside chipped in the first month. I’ve been communicating with the bread maker’s manufacturer for a replacement for the pan, which is clearly coming from over seas and have been waiting awhile because the first one was “lost in transit”, and now the factory is apparently on back order and no updates still. :( It was great while it lasted at least

    Unnecessarily Complicated

    If we had known that the instructions were incomprehensible we never would have bought this model. There are lots of bread makers. Look elsewhere.

    Not easy to use.

    The instructions for the machine are not very helpful. I couldn't even do the burn-off before use because I could not get the timer to go past 1 minute. I will return and look for something easier to use.

    Expensive and not worth it

    Recipes are metric; ok, I converted those measurements. Recipes call for powdered milk—I used liquid milk that I had on hand and the loaf was edible, but dense. Tried again with powdered milk; same dense loaf. I made three attempts and ended up with three boat anchors of bread. Ugh—gave it to a friend to see if she’ll have any better luck.

    I definitely do not recommend this bread, machine, absolutely worthless!

    The recipes in the owners manual are definitely for “reference only” as noted in the manual, you can take that notation to the bank, what were they thinking, they might as well not have even included recipes! This is the most horrible bread maker I have ever purchased, I have owned it for quite some time now and never once has it ever made a loaf of bread that the loaf does not fall badly. Tried everything by altering the recipes, this bread maker makes a horrible loaf of bread, I give up!!! I just purchased another bread maker and this one is definitely going in the trash. Also, it is noted that it is quiet, this bread machine is not quiet! Highly overpriced incompetent bread maker!!
