As usual with Simple Human products, this can is the perfect size and shape for our dog food storage needs. It has a good seal and should keep the kibble we use fresh for longer than our previous plastic container. It fits neatly against a wall and yet is easy to open and close.

I like the style of the container, but I wish the wheels were a bit bigger and away from the can itself. With kibble in the can, lifting it off the ground and rolling it seem to make the can want to scrap the floor. Also, I found it very hard to put the 25lb bag of kibble inside the can. Even if I take out the inner insert and put the kibble in that before placing back into the container, I have to lift the insert up and back into the container. Very awkward and hard for older people.

When I placed the order for this, I was concerned that this container may be too small, but it turned out to be the perfect size. We have a french bulldog and it's perfect for holding his food and more. We love the appearance --very modern--and appreciate that it is air tight to keep the food fresh. And the scoop mangetically sticks to the hood of the container which is a super nice feature. It's a little pricey, but I do not regret the purchase. Totally worth it in my opinion!

Simple Human great quality. Absolutely no plastic odor or odor of any kind. It keeps our dog food very fresh. The latch is very secure and easy to use. I don’t use the built in scoop because I have to measure food exactly for our four dogs do they don’t gain weight.

Great product and larger than expected. However, the scoop that magnetizes to the lid falls off when you close the top. Doesn’t really affect anything bc the scoop is always on top of the food.

It’s unfortunate, but it’s not a dealbreaker. It is disappointing. I do appreciate its slim size, however, it’s too slim to allow the dog bowls to be filled up from reaching in the bin. So I am forced to use the scoop, I am glad it comes with one.

Great quality and very practical! I love this pet food container. It keeps the food fresh, closes securely, and looks very nice and clean. It’s also easy to use and the perfect size for storing my cat’s food. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The wheels on the back are very small and don’t work well. Rather than being good sized wheels that roll easily, these tiny things just drag on my tile floor. It’s like it doesn’t even have wheels. At this price point I expect MUCH better. They should also have 4 wheels underneath, not just 2 on the back. Then you could roll it as needed to clean around it without having to lift it onto the back side wheels. It should also be a few inches deeper and 6 inches wider. I don’t know how 40 pounds of dog food would fit in this. If it was a little bigger, I could drop a 30 lb bag into the container at least without having to pour it out of the original bag. Just pull out the old bag and drop in the new one. Keeping the food in the original bag would let the liner stay much cleaner.

We have been drooling over this dog food container for a while and now that we have it, we are beyond relieved! Air tight, slim but mighty, and not bad on the eyes!

Easy set up. Used the plastic cover bad as a liner. Stores over 30 pounds of kibble. Very sturdy, sleek and convenient. The magnetized scoop holder feature is genius.

Our one cat was a stray and we are firmly convinced she is part raccoon. She has managed to break into every container, drawer or cupboard where we store the cat food. Not any more! It doesn’t even register that there is food in the container. She totally ignores it. Big 5 stars!!!!
