Best shampoo
When you send your littles to school or daycare this is the perfect shampoo it does have a strong scent so they smell good even after being out playing. The teachers still will give them attention and hugs. I know you think they don’t care but believe me research shows kids who are well kept and smell good get the most attention in school. I will forever buy this shampoo it cleans well and smells great

I used to love how sweet this product would smell..now it has a strong manly smell and it’s too overpowering for my girl and even myself. Product worked okay, a bit drying but nothing conditioner won’t help with but oh my, just that smell, so strong like a grown man’s axe body wash . It was really bad

Lovely shampoo, bottle is frustrating
Love this shampoo and conditioner. I have used this for over 3 years and my daughter had very thick, long hair. I have also been known to borrow it occasionally sshh. Lovely smell and consistency and super calming for her scalp. One frustration is the actual bottle, I have to cut it when it is half full to get the rest of the contents out, a bit frustrating...

The smell is decent but the most important part is that it doesn’t do its job. It’s not nourishing what so ever. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but it’s the worst conditioner I’ve ever used. I’ve tried it on my kids hair multiple times and my own thinking maybe it’s just a texture difference. But sadly it was still bad.

Too much fragrance
Fragrance is way toooo strong! I had to throw it away because I would get sick just shampooing my daughter’s hair. When I would try to put her to bed, the smell from her hair would be too much for me. It’s not even a good smell. It is extremely perfumed and smells nothing like I expected from the ingredients. I love SheaMoisture’s products, the effectiveness of the shampoo was still good. Her hair was clean, shiny, but I couldn’t tell a significant improvement in her tangles. I was super disappointed in this shampoo. I hope I just got a bad bottle that was over fragrances because there is no way others can possibly use this and not gag.

Doesn't Clean Hair
This shampoo does NOT clean my 8 year old’s hair - like at all. I watch him scrub his hair with it in the shower & it is still dirty/greasy once it dries. It’s awful. I normally love this brand!! Also, for those who want to know, this shampoo barely foams (which is ok, they don’t have to in order to work).
