    Pretty in Pink!

    Nice, But Hood Not as Pictured

    I bought the pink one for my daughter. Size-wise, she is an 8 or sometimes 10. I went with the 10/12 and hoped it wasn't too big. It ended up a bit, but doable. I'm glad she can use it next year. Unfortunately, the hood on the pink looks more beige than pink with dark purple bits dyed on the ends. In certain light, the dyed ends look brown, not purple. And honestly the dark purple ends of the fur look weird. The texture of the "fur" on the hood looks like a faux version of golden retriever fur. I trimmed some of the purple edging off so it looked lighter in color and a better match to the coat. Washed it before my kid would wear it and brushed out the fur trim.
