total ripoff

my 86 year old mother bought me this for a birthday gift. It arrived in a damaged package, dumped in my driveway while I was not home. The chair itself is just a bunch of airbags and random rollers. Does not accommodate tall persons. Disproportionate fit for arms, legs, and foot length, even for shorter people. When I tried to return it, the customer service rep said I had to pay all packaging and shipping costs. Fedex wanted $1,960 to ship it from Oregon to California, DHL wanted $2,555. UPS wouldn't even touch it. The RealRelax company said they would evaluate it after being shipped back to them to determine if any refund or partial refund would be returned to my mother. The company suggested that I find some other sucker to sell it to, as it had already worked for them. Buyer beware! Total ripoff!

Disappointing Quality – Causes Back Pain and Foot Rollers Don't Work

I am extremely disappointed with the Real Relax Shiatsu Massage Chair. On paper, this recliner looked amazing with features like full assembly and foot rollers, but the actual experience of receiving, setting up, and using it has been terrible. First, the delivery and setup process was frustrating. Once assembled, the chair proved to be uncomfortable to use. The rollers feel harsh and painful directly against my skin rather than providing a relaxing massage, and using the chair actually caused me more back pain instead of relieving it. To make matters worse, the foot rollers do not function properly at all. Overall, this was a upsetting purchase and a genuinely bad product. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or effective massage chair.
