Q: How do I know when the light is fully charged?

  • A: Not all USB-C cables will charge this guy. I have three working usb-c cables that charge other devices. But only one of the three actually lit up the charge indicator light on this reading light.

To charge it correctly, plug the USB-A end into a USB wall charger or powered port and the USB-C end into the light. You’ll need a wall adapter (not just the cable) to charge it from a standard outlet.

    Do not spend your money on this one. I used it twice & it stopped working. Total time used (for both times) came out to be about an hour. Tried to charge it, but did nothing.

    Cord too short

    Cord is WAY too short. I have no idea how someone thought this length of charging cord could reach from the plug to the top of the headboard, or anywhere.

    Needs a slow charger (voltage )

    Okay. So my lamp died and then I read all these posts and was disheartened but then one post said that it needed a low voltage charger. I happened to have like 5 from some little led lights that I bought from before. It immediately charged it, there was a flashing red light and then once it was charged it turned green. Now it’s working perfect! So I’ll give it a 4 just because it doesn’t come with its own charger and no explanation. Love the warm light.

    Do not waste your money.

    use tiny brick to recharge and it will

    worked great. loved it. a bit bright but ok. then it wouldn't charge. tried with several chargers. gave up. then read reviews and someone said you a small charger and it will charge. it did! i'm so happy. but you shouldn't have to figure this out to have it work. i almost threw it out on vacation because it wasn't charging. i like it for travel as much as i like it for home.
