Q-tips Cotton Swabs, Family Pack, 2 Pack, 500 Swabs Each

I have always used Qtip swabs I am 73 and loved them. BUT.... the quality of the swab stick now is FLIMSY! I cannot use it in the many ways I used to. Even after showering and wiping out ears the swab folds in half. EXTREMELY disappointed in the DROP IN QUALITY. Go back and fix the swabs to their original strength.

Quality has exponentially dipped over the years. Bends like rubber. Used to be a loyal customer.

I have been buying and using this brand of cotton swab For most of my life, I am 56. The last couple of times that I’ve purchased I’ve noticed the stick isn’t as thick or stable as it used to be. I confirmed this when I found a travel case of them that I had. Now, I may as well save some money and buy the cheaper brands, as that is what these have become. Very disappointed. Why all of a sudden would you change them now? How much money are you saving by disappointing your consumers??

I only by Q-tip brand q-tips and these are NOT the same. The quality has gone down and I notice! The sticks bend and there is less cotton in the tips. Please fix or I will seek another brand.

Used to be a product that I only bought name brand because the other brands were cheap and the sticks were flimsy. Now I don’t think it even matters. Might as well buy the cheap ones because Q-Tip brand has joined them in producing crap products. Should have written this review sooner or emailed the company years ago. It’s boon happening for far too long.

I have always used this brand but am very disappointed with the quality. Unfortunately I have had way to many that have no cotton on it. It seems to be getting worse. I typically buy the 750 ct, but will most likely change brands.

I am writing to express my disappointment in your product. The quality of the product - Q-tip- is horrible. I cannot use a Q-tip without it bending, and the cotton tip is smaller. I have used your brand (original cardboard kind) my whole life because they were good quality until now. I understand companies are cutting back to save money (despite price not going down) but this will cause me to now try another brand. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in your product.

The swabs in my latest box of Q-tips are NOT like the nearly 100 or more boxes I've purchased before! The cotton tip has shrunk significantly! The Q-tip is no longer soft and comforting! The swab feels painful like any generic plastic stick brand. I plan on pointing this out to anyone else who'll listen. Why pay for the Q-tip name anymore when there is no value in it?

I bought 2 boxes . One side has cotton the other is literally a sharp object. How can 3 boxes be like this?

I decided to purchase again even though the last pkg I bought was horrible, (sticks breaking or easily bending while cleaning ears, 50% of pkg had missing cotton on ends or very minimal) I just figured I got a bad batch and since I've been dedicated to only using Qtip Brand for 10+ years. Well, the 2nd pkg was basically the same quality and same flaws. So I have come to conclusion this isn't a bad batch or batches, this clearly screams this brand has decided to cut back on quality and material. I even went out on the web to see if other buyers noticed a change and there are so many complaints matching the same concerns I have addressed. I will not be buying Qtip brand anymore until I hear they have addressed this issues. Id be better off buying equate or up & up.

You have gotten cheap in production…qtips are flimsy, not as they were…won’t be buying again… cheapen the product and charge more…no thanks

We have used these cute little cotton sticks for over seven decades and continue to love them.

sticks are not what they used to be. Manufacturers know what I'm talking about. the cardboard bends too easy and comes apart when just a little wet. Not a premium product at a premium price.

I’ve used QTips for over 73 years, and I would’ve never considered any other brand because QTip was a quality product without compromise. Even during the pandemic, the quality remained unchanged. Unfortunately it seems corporate greed has finally seeped into the familiar blue box! As I recently began using a new box, I was truly shocked to realize that the cotton sticks were so flimsy that they no longer maintained their rigidity even under the slightest pressure!!! Obviously you have a novice brand manager that doesn’t have any idea what product specifications have made QTips a venerable favorite in households like ours for generations! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the decline of this product and will begin looking for alternative brands. I am laughably “brand loyal”, but your attempt to save money by compromising the product has sent this loyal consumer looking for alternative brands.

I use only Q-tips because they were the best they did not bend when you used them like the other brands, but I'm so disappointed in the quality of Q-tips now. I use them every day and every day I get more disappointed because the stick bends when you use them and I don't use a lot of pressure I'm cleaning my ears I don't want them to bend.

They are incredibly versatile from cleaning small spaces and touching up craft projects tool applying ointment and make up. I love them for makeup application and touchups, especially when I need to clean up eyeliner or apply products with a little more precision the cotton stay securely on the stick. They are soft and they don’t fall apart easily like some cheaper brands, I would definitely recommend.

I being using qtips all my life and now on may of 2026 im disappointed one thing I like about qtips is that the stick was strong it didn’t bend that easy this new ones i just bought are just like the cheap brand that I don’t like im thinking about returning them but I don’t know if they gonna give me my money back because of my reason cheap is not good trying to save some money for that I buy the cheap one and save money my self

I’ve used q-tips my entire life of 60 + years. But I’m done. Y’all have cut the quality so much that it’s like putting a stick with no padding at all in my ear. I’ll find a better product.

I am upset and confused why my qtips puff's start to shreds when I cleaned my ears...I normally not one to complain but the quality of this is in my opinion are substandard unlike the qtips I have bought thru the years
