    6 instead of 4

    I feel that these shavers could use 2 more rotating heads instead of only having 4. There is a gap between the 4 rotating heads where 2 more could easily fit. I find myself having to go over areas when shaving my head more than what I would have to if 6 heads were installed . I have always been a customer oh Philips and would like to see them advance this product .

    Easy to use. Sadly you'll need a small straight shaver to get contours that this shaver can't access to cut. Only down side. Cuts hair shorter then 3mm, with nice smooth finish

    Great Head Shaver!

    I purchased this as a replacement for another well known brand which I had trouble sourcing new heads for. The 5000 model was not much more expensive than a new head for my old shaver would have cost. The Phillips performed easily as well as my old model but with the benefit of far less skin irritation. My only regret is not having spent a little more on the 7000 model , as it comes with a nice storage bag and has a longer run time (the 5000 bag is pretty useless). Overall I would definitely recommend the Phillips Head Shaver Pro series.

    Goodbye Razor, Hello Head Shaver

    After years of using a razor to shave my head, I decided to try the Norelco Pro 7000 head shaver—and it's a total game changer. The compact size fits perfectly in my hand and makes it great for travel. Battery life is fantastic; I'm 6 full shaves in and haven't needed to charge it yet.     Bald Tested and Approved!

    I have been bald and shaving my head for many years now! I have tried a variety of blades and head shavers over the years and the Philips Norelco Pro 7000 Head Shaver is incredible! I achieved a nice smooth head in much shorter time. I love the travel case which will make work trips much easier not having to worry about packing a razor and shaving gel. I have used it 3 times so far and I have not had any razor burn which is ultimately why I stopped using other head shavers. I also think its important to follow the instructions on how to clean it after every use because that will help keep your shaves nice and smooth! If you are bald like me....... you will not be dissapointed in this head shaver!

    A Bald Head Before Coffee is Done

    The best head shaver I have used in my bald journey. This thing was made for it. There is a bit of a learning curve as to when you're done as it can feel like it is still cutting, and it doesn't get it as close to the wood as a bare razor. That said, for the convenience and the time saved, and being able to get it done in a five minute buzz a day while the coffee is brewing, it's well worth it. Very happy with this purchase.

    Have tried a few this year, decided to spend a little more after the others fell apart when trying to clean. Easy to clean, battery lasts about 10 days after using it everyday, quick to charge. Premium travel case. Nice bit of kit.

    Almost Perfect, Unlike My Skull

    This thing does a good job of turning my head from “recently escaped from the wilderness” to “freshly polished supervillain.” It gets surprisingly close, feels comfortable, and doesn’t leave my scalp looking like I lost a knife fight with a weed eater. Battery life is solid, cleanup is easy, and it handles a couple days of growth without summoning the spirit of razor burn. I knocked off one star because there are still a few spots where I have to go back over it multiple times like I’m trying to erase evidence.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great razor for bald heads. Leaves a little to be desired for the face. Only needs a little shave cream. I would not use it dry personally. I was forced to buy an electric razor due to cancer diagnosis. I’ve been a life long manual razor user but now a manual razor causes too much irritation. This razor in wet mode fixes that. Hard to get around my goatee. I still need a razor or trimmer for accuracy. With my hair growth a fresh shave with this razor is equal to 12 hours after using a manual razor. Its not quite as close of a shave but definitely acceptable.

    Glad I made the switch

    I was in need of a new shaver for my head and after reading comparisons of the various head shavers and reviews of the Philips head shaver I decided to give it a try. After a month of twice a week use I am very happy with my purchase of the Philips 9000 head shaver. It takes me a similar amount of time as my previous shaver but is much less irritating on my scalp. I wasn’t sure I would like the shave as as much as I liked the length my old shaver left my hair, but I have gotten used to the shorter shave and now shave twice a week (rather than once a week) to keep it shorter. The shaver fits comfortably in my hand whether holding the base or behind the clipper head and it’s easy to reach all areas of my head and keep the shaver in contact with my scalp. The clean up is a breeze under running water. Charging is quick and the indicator lets me know when to plug into recharge. Got a good deal on Prime Day that made it worth buying the 9000. All in all very happy with my purchase.
