A: you should talk to your dr and have them order a test called catecholamines if you have bad anxiety. i suffer with it myself but its not my typical anxiety that i have been experiencing. my levels were low and it has to do with brain receptors. gaba is one of the supplements that will help with balancing the receptors. i have never tried this product yet but i am definitely considering it.
