Q: what’s the difference between this switch and the og switch

  • A: the og switch has a bad kickstand, not too big of a screen, not the best quality, not as much storage, and no cable management on the dock. the new switch has a better kickstand, a bigger screen, crisper quality, more storage, and cable management so everything isn’t a mess.

    May have gotten a used item

    I ordered for pickup at my local store for my daughters for Xmas. I thought it was weird that there was no seal on the package. I wish I would’ve exchanged it right there and then but I had no time. She just opened and set it up and I saw that there was no pre-factory screen film on the screen. Everything looks new but I’m not sure if it was returned or not. I’m gonna see if it’s possible to exchange it for an actual brand new one. For an item that cost over $400 should not be have this issue!

    I am really enjoying my Switch. It does have a lag sometimes or get glitchy. Load times can seem long, but I am patient and normally distract myself. Some games seem to take longer. I am glad I made the purchase for hours of fun!!!! Wish the storage or memory were greater for games. Overall, it has been a good experience. I would recommend it if one does not have the funds for the Switch 2 (console and games).

    It was a used switch in the box!!!!

    I bought a switch from target for my sister. When we opened it, it was a used switch! It had scratches and a chip on the screen. It even had a user logged in with game history. I looked on my receipt and the even weirder part is the switch has a different serial number than what's on my receipt. It's just so weird because the box and packaging itself didn't look out of place. Anyways I tried calling target and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

    Go in-store to get items like this.

    Either target or delivery shopper provided a used system. No packaging, fingerprints, dog hair, open-boxed item. Returning for new item. Didn’t turn on to try it, but not accepting this as “good enough”

    Perfect for Family.

    Even though the Switch 2 is coming out, This system still has tons of current and future games to play with and runs well and that's all that matters to me right now.

    Missing items in box

    Literally will never order from target online again. Ordered this for same day delivery and got the Nintendo switch which basically half of the items missing. Insane!
