Best air fryer ever
Fabulous air fryer. This is the best out of probably at least 10 I have had over the years. I will never go back to the old air fryers. This glass feature is so what everyone needs for easy cleaning less cross-contamination and almost perfect cooking. You can even make frozen bread in it.

Easy to clean
Not finding this is as easy to use as my old ninja airfryer. Heat does not seem to circulate under neath so well. But I love the ease of cleaning. How easy the controls are and it looks lovely.

Dishwasher friendly

Uneven cooking
I bought this over a month ago and have made many attempts to cook a variety of foods but it doesn’t cook the potatoes underneath a whole chicken, they are still hard and it has left food cooked unevenly over and over again.

So not happy
I bought this 3 months ago. I am extremely disappointed. I have the grill and love it. It smokes up my house, does not cook food in the middle and is difficult to get placed correctly.

The best airfryer!
Absolutely love this! I was unsure about this airfyer and kept going back and too the website looking at it. But I gave it a go and it Looks so minimalistic and neat in my kitchen and with all the colour options i was able to match it perfectly to my colour palate in my kitchen. I purchased this to replace the ninja dual air fryer. That was also really good but i feel this glass one is more practical, modern and cooks food even better being in glass. A chicken cooks so much better in it and i love that i can prepare the food in the glass and cook as needed, cool it and pop a lid on and put it straight in the fridge ready for the next day, so food prep is amazing, less dishes too which is a bonus! I hated cleaning the dual air fryer for that reason. I just serve everything up n the glass containers (e.g. fajitas in one, onions and peppers in the other) and everyone helps themselves. Then everything just goes in the dishwasher! Highly recommend for a busy family! I thought going from 2 draws to one would be hard but having everything prepped in each container is well better!

I absolutely love this Air Fryer and it looks great in my new kitchen BUT sadly it’s not big enough for us so I will send it back and buy the new Ninja Crispi Pro Dual I think having the 2 draws will make a big difference for us when cooking larger dinners. I also think with the big one you should get all 3 size dishes with it

Easy to use!
I’ve had this three weeks now and have used it most days. I find the plate to rest the glass ware quite difficult to slot in, a lot of juggling goes on! Would have much preferred to be able to take the dishes out of the attached stands as cleaning underneath the dish is a pain. Having said the above I am pleased with the results of the dishes I have made.

Love it so far. I am dreading that it didn't come with the 4qt container, but as I live on my own, the smaller size works just fine. Easy to use. A few things to caution: The metal plate on top gets really hot, so if you are cooking don't leave it directly under your cabinet, you may ruin the cabinet in future. I end up putting it on a chopping board, so its easier for me to slide it away from bottom of my cabinet. Results tend to be on the dry side, so I usually have it on slightly lower temperature. Color is super pretty.

Great cooking experience
I bought this about a month ago. This is a great little product. It cooks the food fast, without any need to pre-heat and you can cook as much or as little as you like because you are supplied with different sized dishes to cook in. So far I have only tried the Roast, Air Fry and Max Crisp options but they are fast and the food comes out very crisp and fully cooked consistently. I would totally recommend this to anyone

Poor. Not up to Ninja’s standard.
I have had ninjas over the years. Id say the crispi isn't the best. The only couple of positives are. The colour and the glass dishes. The cord isnt very long. So I struggle to reach the plug from where it needs to stand. Pushing the glass dishes in and out can make the base move and i’m always worried I will burn myself. Especially when its full or heavy. The shallow dish is too shallow as everything just burns. Regardless of temp or cooking mode. I tried to reheat a ready meal in the deepest dish on a low heat of 175. It just burnt the top and the bottom was only just warm. I placed in my old ninja and it was ready in 5 mins. The bottom frame on the glass dishes are not the easiest to clean. Im just so glad I kept my old ninja 😊. Ninja this is poor for you !! I don't think the crispi will be around for long.

just purchased this 7 in 1 and am disappointed that i can’t buy the 3.8 dish for this model even though the boklet that came with it says the base fits to take the 3.8 , That size dish would be more suitable for me.
