Honestly read my review, life changing!
I’ve been using this with my 6-year-old for about two weeks, and the difference has been absolutely life-changing. He has ADHD, and when paired with his non-stimulant medication, he is truly thriving. There is no more screaming or throwing his iPad. He is calm, able to regulate his emotions, and still the same fun, beautiful boy he has always been. The biggest change is that he’s listening the first time. These are great for my kiddos. I do feel like they have woken up in the middle the night but might just something they are used to doing. My 4 year old needs more calmness at night these work. This is magnesium citrate… a laxative. No calming effect was noticed, but my poor child suffered an upset tummy for weeks before I realized these gummies were not actually calming. You want magnesium glycinate for calming.

Great for Consitpation
I bought this one week ago because my 2 year old was very constipated. Our pediatrician stated to give just half the dose since it's meant for >4years old. After about 3 days on the gummy my daughter started to have regular soft daily bowel movements. It was so nice to finally see her not struggle and cry to go to the bathroom. I will continue to give this until she can regulate on her own. Its supposed to also have a calming effect on then as well, I have yet to see that in my 2 year old but hoping the longer shes on it we will.
