    How my hair feels after

    Horrible pump design

    Love the product but the design of the pump to get it open is HORRIBLE!!! I was about to take the shampoo and conditioner back to the store because you just can’t open the pumps but then decided to look for a video on YouTube and someone had posted how to open them with freaking PLYERS! The design is horrible! Please work on the design!!!
