    Unacceptable condition for a brand-new item

    For the price paid, it should be in pristine condition. I am leaving 1 star because receiving a battered item is unacceptable, regardless of how well the brand usually performs. It is a reputable brand, performs well, and matches our office decor perfectly. However, I was very disappointed to find that it arrived beat up on the back side corners. Whether the damage happened at the manufacturer or during transit, a brand-new item at full price should not arrive damaged. It works great, but the handling needs major improvement.

    Does not get colder than 60 degrees. It’s advertised to go down to 37 degrees like most mini fridges. Very disappointing that i have to haul this to a target for a return. DO NOT BUY!

    Doesnt maintain safe temp.

    Does not keep food cold. Allowed to sit prior to plugging in and allowed to cool over night before placing food in it. Placed only cold items in it but still can’t seem to maintain a safe temp. Would not trust for anything required to be cold. I will be returning.

    I just got my replacement, and another crack on it again, this is unacceptable I will not be returning it because I just really need it for my babies milk but I am upset, I spent almost $90 on this to be coming to me with cracks is not okay.

    Perfect for the office

    Arrived with factory damage

    This is a good compact refrig, and the price was right. Arrived in two days and it was well protected during the shipment. This would be five stars, but I'm taking off one star because the upper right rear corner of the refrig has a big dent in it -- painted over, so obviously this occurred at the factory, not during shipping. The damage is purely cosmetic, and we needed this 'fridge asap, so we kept it.

    Did not cool properly.

    I let it stand overnight before plugging in. Was in an air conditioned room away from sunlight and heat. After plugging in, set at mid temp. It was 50 degrees after 3 hours. Set at MAX temp to see if that helped. After a total of 13 hours only got down to 43-45 degrees. Food safety requires temps 35-38 degrees. Project specs say it should go down to 34 degrees. Had to return. Do not know if I got a dud but not wiliing to risk with another one even though it was a great price and a good size.
