Description

The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.

NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.

For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Q: How do I get warm water?

  • A: Thanks for your question. The NEO 185 model is a cold water model and does not have hot water connections. If you are interested in a model with warm water, we would recommend our NEO 320 which comes with parts and inner valves that allow you to connect to both cold and hot water.

    Great product, easy install. Worth it.

    Love it! Upgraded to the 185 plus neo and it's been great. Install was pretty simple. I wanted to try one of the shutoff valve options with it, but the metal T fixture didn't work great with my plastic (?) toilet tank attachment, so just stuck with the original attachments.

    Amazing

    I have had 3 bidets in my bidet lifetime lol, all have been unique in there own way. I chose to purchase this specific one because it had the lift option to clean behind the nozzles! I'm so glad I did, works like a charm! Not only does the toilet bowl get completely sanitized now but the control section gets a 360 clean as well! I have never had this option before and will never go back! Also the slim design of this particular bidet is great, it was so simple to install as well. I did it myself in 8 mins! Don't waste your money on the expensive ones, this is the right choice! I would give it 10 out of 10!

    Good and a little bad.

    Love the product and have worked to put one in each bathroom. The problem I have is the LUXE Toilet Seat Bumpers I bought with my last purchase. These did not stay attached. The adhesive stuck and stayed on the seat but the adhesive separated from the bumpers. The bumpers fell off. Luxe has a problem if their product separates from itself (adhesive from bumper).

    Good Enough for Renters

    I chose this style of bidet specifically because I rent and didn't want to deal with having to keep an extra toilet seat around. I was able to get the bidet to fit, but I had to install the tall hinge covers because the bowl in curved underneath and wouldn't touch the bowl otherwise. It looks a little awkward, but some compromises have to be made. The bidet works pretty well but I've had to fiddle a good amount to get the seat and bidet aligned nicely. It is easy to use and installation took about an hour for someone with minimal experience.
