    High Capacity Dispenser

    I am loving this dispenser. After using another one for years I could immediately taste the difference when converting to LifeStraw. I make my own ice as the refrigerator dispenser water never tasted right. We use a lot of ice and water everyday and this large one really helps to keep us with great tasting water at all times. I like to sliding top which makes it so much easier to refill. The stand is also a nice thing to have and it fits right under the top cabinet I would definitely recommend your product to my friends. I will be purchasing a smaller one for when I travel so as to not to buy bottled water. I also like that having a filtered water dispenser helps by not constantly purchasing more plastic bottles.

    The spout could be designed

    The spout could be designed so the person doesn't have to hold it open. If the spout was more pointed it would get more water into the target vessel. It is awkward to fill because it is so high up I have to get on a chair to pour into the unit.

    Disappointed

    Extremely disappointed—leaked within weeksI was really looking forward to the large LifeStraw, but it lasted only 2 weeks before it started leaking. It was far too expensive to just throw out, so we resorted to placing a towel on the floor to catch the constant drips. By the 1-month mark, it was completely leaking and completely unable to hold water. Terrible quality for the price.

    The taste of the filtered water is great. I can definitely taste on improvement, however it does leak quite a bit. It was fine on the first try but every time I fill it up after that it leaks from where the spout connects to the jug

    35 cup water filter

    Hello, I would love to know if there is a product defect on the 35 cup water filter dispenser. I brought it through Target because there was none on the site. I haven’t even had it for a month and it leaks. What do you suggest? Should I return it? I love the concept and love using it knowing the fact I’m not using a lot of plastic. Thank you.

    needs a redesgn

    6 months of daily use and it has a slow drip that emerged under the spigot. So it had a 6 month product life and needs replacement. a redesign is needed. otherwise it would be a 5 star but now its a 1 or 2 star. i need a new one or to find one not made of plastic that degrades. sorry for the bad review

    Good tasting water!

    We drink a lot of water in our household. We had just moved and the water tasted very chemically. We purchased this high capacity dispenser and the water now tastes fantastic. We use this water for everything, coffee, cooking, and drinking. One of the best purchases we made.
