Cute Botanical set
I had this Botanical Lego Set on my wish list since day of launch, but patiently waited for it to be on sales as I found it a bit pricy for a Lego Botanical Set. I wanted to create a little corner of Wonderland, by adding the Alice in Wonderland BrickHeads next to it. I ended up in receiving it as a gift, from my other half, a gesture which brought a lot of joy. Really enjoyed the build, aa was less repetitive than the usual Botanical Sets. Now, I can say, I am ready for Autumn.

Good, but strange decisions + missed opportunities
First off, the set is beautifully detailed with the foliage and grass, and there’s some nice parts usage that has come to be a part of the Botanicals collection. However, I just felt that there were some strange choices made with the design such as the exposed red technic rod in the middle of the stump - something I’ve covered with a 1x1 round stud — but then there is still a lot of empty space around that area that I felt could have been dressed a little more with foliage or grass pieces. I also found the design of the raised bridge section really peculiar, and thought there were some missed opportunities that could have been explored here - like little easter eggs of the undergrowth in the large space it presents. I understand that LEGO are trying to reduce the piece count of the sets, but I felt like there were some really beautiful parts of the build that were let down by some unusual choices.

I loved putting this set together, it’s so beautiful! Good buy and definitely worth the price! I think more experienced LEGO builders (without little gremlins running around) could get this done quickly.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this when I got it but honestly after I got off the ground (building wise!) I loved it. I love the different mushrooms, the little attention to details and I love the shelf mushrooms the most. And just like real mushrooms, I know I can't eat them without proper identification (this is a joke, I know not to eat LEGO). It looks amazing with the bug collection and now I just need to build a big LEGO stump :)

It took me a few fays to put it together and I enjoyed every moment. There were no pieces missing and the parts for each section was separated and numbered. I am ready to work on my nexr one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had so much fun making this woodland mushrooms Lego set! It consisted of 7 separate bags that took about 20-30 minutes each to do. I sometimes did one bag a day and sometimes did more than 1 based on how much time I had. I have already received compliments on how great this looks! This is really high quality and the colors and materials are very bright and vivid. I plan to try more of the Lego botanicals. This is a great value as well for all the fun and that you get a nice display item! This review was incentivized - I received the product for free.
