    Doesn't straighten or curl

    I bought this based only on the positive reviews and I’m amazed anyone could give it more than 1 star. I needed a new straightener and thought this would be good to replace my old Chi and use it for curling too. The plates for the straightener have no strength to them and have to physically be clamped together to make any straightening happen. I don’t understand how the curling part is supposed to work either. I let it sit in the box for a while so it’s too late to return. Waste of money!

    Not good

    It looked cool but this iron doesn’t get hot enough to produce a curl and I don’t have 3 hours to waste for mid level curls.

    All in one curling & Flat iron & great for trip too

    I saw many people saying that they didn’t like the flat iron part. Well, I disagree. Maybe they have very, very thick hair very very long hair , or maybe they just didn’t fool around with it long enough because it takes a little while to get used to. All I know is Great. I can use it for straightening or curling and I’ll use one thing. The court is very thick also which I thought that’s great. It does take a little bit getting used to cause it’s very long.

    Does not work as a straightener

    Product looks pretty but does not work as a straightener at all. Maybe it would work as a curling iron but I did not try it. Like other reviews have said, it leaves hair very frizzy and does not clamp down on hair hard enough to straighten. Will be returning.

    Disappointed

    Was hopeful because I saw great videos on social media, but I was very disappointed with the actual product. It made my hair frizzy on the ends and my hair did not retain the curl. Taking it back to the store for a refund.

    Good on Ethnic Hair that is Natural

    Disappointing

    This product didn't work at all on my hair, I watched many totorials ( many from the brand) and I tried twisting the product many different ways but I couldn't get curls or waves! The air also kept turning on randomly when I was sure I hadn't pressed the button and this was after the device had been on for several minutes. One thing I liked was that it couldn't burn you if you touched the outside however it did get caught in my hair allot because of the hinge at the base even though I didn't put a ton of hair through..? It was however made of relativity good materials and wasnt cheap but in my opinion not user friendly especially to beginners .This was overall disappointing and frustrating and not worth what I paid.
