Only two cartons arrived and the instructions are messy do not buy

I did not get all of the couch. Only one box came in and no one at Target could help because they only get on tracking number. There is no phone number or way Target can even get in touch with this third party provider. Order from somewhere else. I usually count on Target for everything and this third party provider made me rethink some future purchases. I got one box B and I needed 2 other Box As to have enough pieces for the 120in couch with two ottomans. No one know how to contact this company and the carrier that delivered never followed up on my claim.

came in 3 separate boxes about 3 days apart. 100% worth it. bigger than i imagined, and cushions are like pillows, they arent hard Exceeded all expectations.

I wanted a couch that wouldn't cost a fortune but would be comfortable This one fits the bill! easy to put together. It looks great / fits great in our living room and is sooo comfy! Love it! Great quality for the price too.

Oh my goodness I love this couch! It arrived quickly in 3 boxes. It was packaged well no issues. Setting it up was easy. All the hardware needed is included.

The size is great,the only thing is I wish it was more comfortable. The back cushions are quite thin when laying on them.

it came in 3 boxes it also arrived earlier than expected. another was about 100lb, another was about 50lb or so.

This couch is absolutely amazing. i ordered it sept 26 & the first part of the couch came on the 28th & the other 2 parts came on oct 1.

I put it together by myself. It took me approximately one hour. I am a 61 year old woman. so comfortable so beautiful.

Do not buy this!! Target does not back up this product as they claim it is sold by a plus partner. This company Karl inc will not answer the phone nor return emails. You. Ant even leave a message! They don’t tell you how many boxes are included in the order so you’re left guessing. Only one tracking number but target says it may include 3 or 4. What!?)? But they don’t list them on a packing slip. It’s utter chaos and you are unable to cancel the order until you receive all the boxes. But they don’t even know how many boxes are included in the order !!! Save yourself a huge headache and hassle and steer clear of this. Buy from a reputable furniture store. You get what you pay for !!

I was concerned it wouldn't fluff up after set up but it looks really nice and is very comfortable!

I was looking for an affordable, and im super happy with my decision. I build it my self in an hour or so. WORTH IT!!
