Removed 3 stars due to poor service- local store did not wrap item but gave drive pickup an already chipped item which I discovered upon home arrival. Store would not answer calls, had to call customer service whose # is not easily provided on website. They were lovely and had a wrapped chip-free ceramic in a few days. Kudos to them. It should be store policy to wrap anything breakable
