    Fire!

    This cereal is fire! There are very few, if any protein cereals that taste good in this one was awesome. I highly recommend it. I don’t recommend all the flavors but this flavor the cinnamon one is just amazing.

    So much cinnamon!!!! I felt like I was trying the cinnamon challenge!!!! It was really hard to get past the cinnamon, to actually try to enjoy the cereal, but I just ended up throwing away the other half of cereal in the bowl. Barely any sweetness like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and the pieces were puffed, but weird

    I purchased two different brands of protein cereal… let’s just say this box is still full. Texture and taste were not palatable and I’ll try most foods at least twice. This one is not on the list for round two. Texture was like toasted bread tossed in cinnamon powder but once submerged in liquid— milk or saliva— it chewed like soggy bread. Great choice macros wise for high protein cereal compared to traditional cereal but I’d be willing to sacrifice a few macros and increase calories for a texture and taste improvement. It is fairly expensive too so I thought the flavor profile would be better considering their protein powders are decent.

    It’s different…

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new Ghost Cinnamon Toast Crunch to try to get a little more protein in my diet. I can’t say I love it but I don’t hate it either. It tastes nothing like the original, its almost like someone just dumped some cinnamon on it. It’s also softer, you don’t get the crunch. I wouldn’t buy it or choose to eat it over other things but I wouldn’t turn it down if I were hungry either.

    Best no guilt snack
