    Only pasta we buy

    Taste like pasta, not cardboard

    I tried a plethora of low carb pasta, all of them tasted like cardboard no matter what sauce was put on it. Enter Carbe Diem Penne. I followed instructions that was simple and found that the penne cooked to just below Dante, soft, but firm enough to support the butter chicken and creme tomato topping. RAVE REVIEWS from the people I prepared this dish for dinner. I promptly went on line and ordered the linguini, bow ties, spagetti & elbow pasta. 16 Net Carbs 110 cal and 24g dietary fiber this pasta rocks. I recommend this to any one looking to decrease carbs and finally enjoy some pasta.

    Versatile and delicious

    I’m a fangirl when it comes to Carbe Diem! These products have changed my relationship with pasta, and have changed how I stock my pantry. I’m healthier now due to these products, and I don’t feel like I’ve given up anything! If anything, I’m more satiated because of the high fiber content. I regularly use the penne for dishes like my lite alfredo, pasta salads and even mac and cheese if the CD! elbows have already been eaten 😊 Highly recommend!!!

    We had the penne with a tomato sauce and we could not tell the difference between Carbe Diem and full carb pasta. In fact, I think it might have tasted better!

    Amazing low carb find!

    This pasta is amazing! My hubby is type 2 diabetic, and we are so happy to have found something he is able to eat that is lower carb than most pasta. Wheat based too, so it tastes like the real thing.

    Good taste, not expensive, low carbs make it a great substitute for regular pasta, which we no longer eat because of Carbe Diem. If you are concerned about weight, starch intake or diabetes, this is an excellent choice.
