Frida nail buffer Does not work. Changed out with a set of new batteries and then 2 different sets of brand new batteries right out of the box. Went through all possibilities for why this could be and followed instructions for use. Held the button down for 2 seconds as instructed, it's just a busted piece of junk.

Waste of money for refils. Do NOT buy
I do not recommend this product. We were very satisfied with the product on initial purchase, but now that the pads have completely worn out we are looking to buy replacements. The company only offers a single bundle replacing all pads that came with the buffer initially. Obviously no one needs a new born, 1mo etc 5 months in... There are countless reviews on the buffer refill stating this is an issue for their customers yet there is no alternative. Do not waste your money on this product. Research alternatives based on refill availability. I really wish we did...

Really need to offer packs by age. Clearly from comments I am not alone in wanting and needing more 12+. No one needs fresh new born pads... You have received the feedback, this is just obviously wasteful and quite a scam

Not just for babies
So I actually bought this for my kids after they tried their baby cousins. They’ve always hated getting their nails cut due to their skin growing forward as their nails grow longer. It sometimes would be painful for them. They begged me for this tool and now use it on themselves all the time! It’s safe and affective. Hopefully we can buy replacement heads eventually.

Please sell extra gritty replacement head alone since the other replacements heads for newborn to 9 months will not be needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my absolute favorite things I own. I found electric nail files when my first Son was born and I have used it ever since. This brand is Way more reliable then the cheap off brand ones. The battery is still going after months of using. It's light weight, easy to use. The file part does not wiggle around or cause any pain. I really like the design because yes I buy things over others for the design sometimes. Quality matters more and this hits all the boxes for me. It's easy to hold and my kids will even use it themselves. They are 7,5, and 4. Great product

Great product-Needs better replacement parts.
Love this product, but for 2 years, people have been asking to get replacement pads individually instead of as a set. How is this still not an option? Now I only need the older/rougher ones replaced, but it feels wasteful to order a whole new set. I would recommend to new moms to look for a similar product but maybe see if another brand has better replacement part options.

The prodruct is easy to use, quiet and safe. The family baby does not fuzz when getting her manicure. We don't worry about hurting her or cutting at all. Super low maintenance and used several times with no battery life issues. Keeping baby from scratching herself or us accidentally hurting her is not a concern we have anymore.

Very practical

The highest level can be an adjustment to get use to depending on the age of the kiddo and if the noise scares them but it isn’t rough on the nails even with how strong it is. All the different options of softness for the file is great too! Really easy to use, clean and the packaging is super nice!

My toddler tolerates it more than nail clippers but doesn’t love the noise it makes. Gets the job done when needed! Easy to read and follow instructions. Cleaning isn’t too difficult but I didn’t find all the attachments clean great due to the “grit” like sandpaper doesn’t really clean

Poor quality of case
Great, however the case broke quickly and there is no replacement case to buy so when we travel now I need to tejp the case so all the pieces don’t fall out. Would be great if there was a replacement case.
