These tree and shrub cutters are amazing! They cut through everything in my yard/landscaping. I have large yucca plants that have very durable leaves needing trimmed each year. I've had so much trouble finding something that can cut the dead ones off, and these do the trick! They cut through the yucca leaves with ease, making it minimal effort. They are well-made or durable materials and easy to use. I can't think of why you wouldn't want this as a homeowner.

hedge shears are trash
loppers are great, but the hedge shears just tear. you go after the same spot 3 or 4 times and just butcher things. i've tried this on vines, boxwood, weeds etc. it lets you tighten it but that doesn't help and it loosens up instantly. just get the solo loppers, this set is disappointing.
