Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2 Matte Black

It kept jamming on me. You have to do hot grind where you turn on the grinder before putting in your coffee

What a fantastic product! The grind is clean and consistent. It is quiet. It is well built. It is a very thought through grinder and a pleasure to use.

Easy clean up, the anti static works well.

Fast and even coffee grounds. However, I expected it to be quieter and it would be nice if it was quieter.

I wanted to love the Ode Gen 2 but, alas, it locked up the 4th time I used it. Medium roast beans for 2 cups/day. After following the instructions to fix, including major surgery of the burr grinder, it worked for a tenth of a second. Back in the box and to Fellow it shall go, though I really want to slam it into the trash can. Zero stars…love the Aiden though.

Couple things that bother me about this grinder: 1) Why not make the grinder in a matching blue to your other products (such as stone blue) 2) Bit concerned about build quality. The dial does not move sooth, and when adjusting the dial the numbered indicating ring warps up/down. I had hoped for a bit better build quality from Fellow. 3) I wish there was some consistency across grind fineness, had to search independent reviews to obtain micron size and optimal setting (which is far from what Fellow recommends) 4) Added in the Atmos coffee storage in the bundle to try to up my game, jokes on me as it only holds vacuum for a day or two (despite using the troubleshooting tips from Fellow). Should've stuck with a Mason jar. Slick idea, again quality/reliability for what I'd hope from Fellow products not there.

I've had to open up the face 2 of 3 days of using it. This is a problem.

Jammed on first use. On a coarse setting for a cold brew so I was suprised. Entirely plastic and does not feel solid. Will return ASAP. Also did not realize this does not grind for espresso. Bought the Fellow Series 1 also and am hoping it performs better than this grinder.

Amazing products! The app could be more intuitive for the kettle. Utilizing two apps is a bit strange.

We’ve used the same Hazelnut Cream beans for ages, and when we finally upgraded to a high‑quality grinder, I didn’t expect them to cause issues. Turns out sticky beans and this grinder don’t get along. I brew a full carafe for my Mocamaster Technivorm Coffee Maker, which means a hopper full of beans — and that’s where the trouble starts. The grinder clogs, stalls, and refuses to handle the load. Right now my only workaround is feeding the beans in by hand, I was hoping this grinder would be tougher than that.

Wonderful flat-burr grinder. It's quick. It's quiet. It's tidy. It's compact. I maje drip coffee and the grind is very uniform. I paid the premium for the better burrs, but I may have bought the best and last grinder I'll ever need.

Grinds nice. Looks good. Quiet. Hooper comes loose from grinding vibration sometimes and stops the grinding

What a difference. I had a basic grinder and wouldn't spend extra thininking they produce the same thing. they don't. great upgrade.

Ode Gen 2 is great. I make 2 to 3 pour overs per day and over several weeks and various coffee beans it has been consistent and a joy to operate. It is very easy to operate and it is very efficient and very clean. I am very happy with it. Before I had the Opus, which I enjoyed but the Ode is right for me now on my coffee journey.

Great grinder, gets it done on most coffee drinks. The only thing that is a negative is sometimes the step-less grind adjustment will move when grinding. This was a bigger problem with my first opus which broke. But this new one has been much better. Still highly recommend

It is a pleasure grinding my beans every morning now with my Fellow Ode.
