    Bad design

    Failed after 3 months. The spring as many state fails internally. The plastic nubs its attached to are in no way strong enough to hold up to use. the internal mechanism should be some kind of metal. This product should not be failing as often and as soon as people claim. One nub has snapped completely and the other is clearly bent.

    "Spring" for something better.

    Clamp stopped working after 3 uses. Maybe Florida sun is bad for cheap plastic? Push button spring failed.

    Very Disappointed

    It broke within 1-2 days of purchase. The spring on the inside that allows the arms/button to work was attached to two small plastic nubs, and one of the nubs broke off. Aside from that, my phone's volume buttons are right in the way of the holder arms, so when the holder clamps onto my phone, it would turn the volume all the way down.
