  • A: I find this to be a product defect — you have to ensure the rubber seal for the flip top which is for the easy refill is put in securely. It easily slips and has leaked several times.

    Glass slipper of water bottles!

    The part that latches the lid closed broke after 3 weeks. My kid wasn’t even being rough with it, it just broke off. Waste of money.

    Poor lid quality

    Lid broke after one accidental drop. Completely unusable now and no replacement lids in stock of course. My kid is only 6 so drops will happen. Didn’t even make it 1 full month into school.

    Ours broke too 😭 Bought in store so never saw reviews. Like other people said, the little plastic piece that holds it closed just snapped off. We’ve had this less than a month.

    Lid broke after 1 drop

    My daughter loves this water bottle but the lid cracked after she dropped it and now it won’t close. So disappointed! You can buy replacement lids for $7 on the Ello website but of course they are sold out (I wonder why…haha)

    Not worth the money!!

    Purchased this cute water bottle less than a month ago… Wish I would have listened to the reviews! The plastic part that clips onto the seal to close the water bottle broke off randomly, it just gave out. Now we are left with a water bottle with a lid that does not close!! Not worth the money & invest in a better quality one!
