    Def not pyrex

    These are definitely not as strong as Pyrex. They’re cute and they work pretty well - a little bit difficult to get the lids on, but no biggie. But another bowl fell into it in the cabinet and it split in half. It wasn’t a huge fall so it was pretty surprising. If you’re looking to invest in glass food storage, I’d probably look elsewhere.

    They chip a lot- they nest but don't do it

    I really wanted to like these- they chip so easily and we’ve gradually had to throw them away, one by one. We thought this was a good option for our small storage spaces because they can nest, but that is how they usually break and they’re super fragile. I think it is probably worth splurging on the more expensive brand next time. I’ve had my Pyrex glass bowls for years and will look for a more sturdy option like that.

    Not Microwave Safe!

    Really loved the set until I had to use it. Stored some food in the 2 cup container. Took it out at work to microwave and popped it in for 3 minutes. I heard a loud pop noise at the 2 minute mark. It cracked! I've bought much cheaper glass microwave safe containers and never experienced this before. I've just submitted for their limited lifetime warranty because of course I just recycled the box and the receipt. In fairness, I used the larger rectangle container this week, no cracks in that one. Maybe just the rounds are defective?

    Not oven safe!

    These are not reliably oven safe. 2 have gone through fine I just put a large one in the cold oven to warm up the food that was in it and it cracked into 4 large pieces before the oven even came up to temp 😭 I can’t get a refund because I can’t return a bunch of broken glass.

    Cracked apart in microwave!

    I was heating leftover ground beef in the microwave for less than 1 minute when I heard it crack open. Very disappointed because I loved this set but now I don’t trust any of the others in the set to go from fridge to microwave which is one of main purposes these are used for.

    Bought this set and after 4 months they started to crack, 4 total so threw them away. I followed the care instructions and even too much because they were glass. Going back to plastic ones now! These are unsafe/poor quality

    Unhappy with Ello glass containers

    I haven’t even had this set for a year and I’ve already had two break on me. One chipped around the rim so it’s no longer “air tight”. The second one shattered as I was nesting it in with the others. I’m extremely disappointed and will not purchase this brand again.
